TAB (Testing, Adjusting and Balancing)

Arostar started its HVAC commissioning, testing and balancing services on 2008. Testing and balancing have been our exclusive business, We have also attained enormous experience as we had done all kinds of projects in and around India. We have a full-fledged setup comprising of experienced engineers, technicians, with all necessary instruments and tools to tackle any sort of HVAC Commissioning and TAB activities. TAB Team comprises of professionals committed to achieving excellence to provide Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning Testing Adjusting and Balancing Service as per local & international standards for factories, IT buildings, retail/malls, health care/hospitals and hotel chains.

Our TAB team comprises of highly trained and professional technicians who go above and beyond the minimum HVAC test and balance requirements, by ensuring perfect HVAC systems which also provide optimal comfort and energy efficiency WE ARE AN INDEPENDENT AGENCY THUS MAKING OUR SERVICES HIGHLY EFFECTIVE AND QUALITY ORIENTED AT THE MOST CONVENIENT COST.

We work on TAB Agency for air and hydraulic system delivery to meet the specifications outlined by the design engineer. All the parts of HVAC and fluid flow systems analysis and measurements to conduct the right tests, make the correct adjustments, and deal with any problems that occur. We mathematise the idea of working on complex systems and solving problems.

AIR BALANCING

  • A mechanical engineer creates a set of drawings and specifications based on your desires, details such as air flow, registers, ducting, ventilation requirements, exhaust needs and unit performance are all considered
  • Opposed blade dampers are placed at all branch locations of the duct system, behind the face of each intake and exhaust opening
  • A certified air balance technician changes system filters and ensures all dampers are open; readings are taken at every opening inside and on the roof
  • One by one, techs open, close, and readjust the dampers until they meet the requirements set by the mechanical engineer
  • Once the building is in tune, the air balance tech locks down all dampers and devices so settings don’t change
  • Dirty filters, renovations/remodelling, and other acts of a building’s occupants can alter these locked-in settings

WATER BALANCING

Chilled Water Balancing For HVAC System Method Statement. The aim of chilled water balancing is to apply a disciplined procedure of adjustment to water flow ratesthroughout the chw  system to meet the particular requirements of the design.

THIRD PARTY COMMISSIONING

Projects involving existing HVAC systems, commissioning is generally considered a good value, even if no modifications are being made, because all but the simplest HVAC systems get “out of tune” over the years. But retro commissioning is “invisible” work just like commissioning of new systems—owners question whether they are simply paying someone to find out that the system is already in good working order. On the other hand, if energy conservation measures are being considered, the results of retro commissioning may help evaluate alternative options and, at the very least, establish a reliable baseline for evaluating results.

DUCT PRESSURE TESTING

A duct leakage tester is a diagnostic tool designed to measure the airtightness of forced air heating, ventilating and air-conditioning (HVAC) ductwork. A duct leakage tester consists of a calibrated fan for measuring an air flow rate and a pressure sensing device to measure the pressure created by the fan flow.

PERFORMANCE TESTING EQUIPMENT

  • A performance test system is designed to test the performance of HVAC equipment.
  • This system can test the air supply, cooling capacity and heating capacity.
  • The air enthalpy-difference method is used to measure the enthalpy, inlet and outlet circulating air volume to test the dynamic performance of the air conditioner quickly and easily.
  • Finally, the proposed method is compared with the heat balance method.

SEASONAL TEST

Opposite Season Testing is a continuation of HVAC functional performance testing during the season opposite the original testing. So if the cooling season in dominant at the time of project completion and initial functional testing, additional testing will be scheduled during winter months.
